1. Who may use the service

You must be of legal age in your country to enter a contract. If you accept these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. You must give accurate account information, keep it current, and keep your credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account.

2. The service

Travel-Proof Fitness provides workout programmes for gym, hotel and no-equipment settings, nutrition targets and meal guidance, Travel Mode strategies, progress tracking and educational course content. Subject to these Terms we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected.

3. Health disclaimer

Content is general fitness and nutrition education only. It is not medical, clinical or dietetic advice and is not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional. Consult a doctor before beginning any exercise or nutrition programme, and stop immediately if you feel unwell. You train at your own risk.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

• use it for unlawful purposes, fraud or spam;
• infringe intellectual property or other rights of anyone;
• interfere with security — introducing malware, probing or scanning systems, scraping, or circumventing technical limits or paywalls;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service or its content.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the data you enter, such as logs, measurements and notes. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

6. Intellectual property

RoamFit retains all rights in the service, including software, programme design, written and video content, and branding. No rights are granted other than those stated here.

7. Payments, subscriptions and refunds

Paid plans are sold on a recurring monthly basis and renew automatically until cancelled. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller and are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for our money-back guarantee.

Payments in South African rand are processed by Paystack Payments Limited on our behalf. Orders placed through our reseller Paddle.com are sold by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record, and Paddle handles the billing enquiries and returns for those orders.

8. Service level

We aim to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change, and we may perform maintenance.

9. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Indemnity

You will indemnify RoamFit against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service or cancel your subscription at any time. On termination your licence ends; you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email, and continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

13. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and the courts of South Africa have jurisdiction over disputes, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
